Frans Wiantono - Partner
Frans is founding partner of Trust Capital. Previously he was a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Financial Advisory Services. Prior to that he worked for JP Consulting as Vice President responsible for Asia Pacific market. He has spent more than 15 years working in management manufacturing, converting and distribution company. He has advised clients in the areas of Corporate Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, Debt Restructuring, Strategic Partner Search, Strategic Alliances etc. He has advised clients like Hero Group, Valdo Corp. , Astra International, IBRA, Saratoga Group, International Paper etc.
Hendro Santoso - Partner
Hendro is the founder of Trust Capital. Prior to founding Trust Capital, he held a various important position in some reputable and strategic institutions. Over his 12 years’ experience, he has been involved in financial advisory services, corporate finance and investment banking, M&A, and project finance in a various reputable international and local financial institutions including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bankers Trust, ING Bank, and Bank International Indonesia.
Peter Irawan Chandra - Partner
Peter is a Trust Capital’s Partner with over 35 years of experiences in financial industry. Prior to joining Trust Capital, Peter had worked at some reputable companies such as Nomura, KPMG (advisory), JP Morgan (Chase Manhattan Bank), Deutsche Bank, and Bank International Indonesia. His experiences have equipped him with a proven track record in M&A, fundraising, derivatives trading and structuring, and deal projects across diverse industries such as insurance, banking, financial companies, pulp and paper, paper manufacture, telecommunications, and hydro energy. Currently, Peter serves as an independent commissioner of PT Mizuho Balimore Finance (since 2016), PT Sinar Mas Asset Management (since 2018), and PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (since 2023).
Dahlia Kusumawardhani - Director
Dahlia is a seasoned investment banker with more than 10 years experiences in the area of fund-raising, M&A, corporate and debt restructuring as well as the capital market transaction for debt and equity. Prior to joining Trust Capital, she worked with Mandiri Sekuritas, BRI-Danareksa Sekuritas and Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia where she advised various reputable local and international clients, both private and listed companies. Dahlia earned Master of Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya with specialization in Corporate Finance and Investment Management. She received her bachelor’s degree from the same university in 2012. |
